FAQ
Questions, answered.
I've never done Pilates — can I still join?+
Absolutely. Every class welcomes beginners, and our instructors scale each exercise to your level. If it's your first time, a Group class or a single Walk-in is a great place to start. No experience needed.
What should I wear?+
Form-fitting, comfortable activewear you can move freely in — leggings and a fitted top are ideal. Avoid baggy clothing so the instructor can see your alignment and keep you safe.
Do I need grip socks?+
Yes — grip socks are required for hygiene and safety on the reformer and mat. [Confirm: a pair is available to purchase at the studio if you don't have your own.]
What should I bring?+
Just yourself, a water bottle, and your grip socks. Everything else is provided.
How early should I arrive?+
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your class, especially on your first visit, so we can settle you in. For everyone's safety, latecomers may not be admitted once class has begun.
What's the difference between Reformer and Mat?+
Reformer classes use the spring-loaded reformer machine for guided resistance; Mat classes are bodyweight work on the floor with small props. Both build strength, control, and posture — many clients mix the two.
Group or Private — which should I choose?+
Group classes are small, energetic, and great value. Private sessions are one-on-one, fully tailored to your goals, pace, and any injuries. Beginners do well in either.
How do credits and packages work?+
You buy a package of credits, then spend one credit to book a class. Each package is valid for a set number of days. Group credits work for both Reformer and Mat classes.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Plans change — you can cancel and get your credit back up to [X hours] before class starts. Cancellations after that window, or no-shows, use up the credit.
